Memories of Clyde

Since today is Papa's Day, I thought I'd share my favorite memories of mine.

1- Having water fights with dad when he would stand outside and spray the driveway with the hose, I love a good water fight!

2- Pretending that I didn't want to be tickled (although I wasn't pretending to
NOT LIKE his socks in my face)

3- Snowmobiling and riding our little moped through the field across the street. Remember those hills? I use to think there were rattle snakes in that field.

4- Drinking the rest of dad's drink after they got back from going out with the Roundy's, I loved those Cherry 7-Ups.

5- Nicknames, even though mine wasn't the most affectionate.

6- Even he was mad at us, he never yelled at us.

7- I also loved Neil Diamond and the Oak Ridge Boys in the car. Remember playing the drums at the opening of "Coming to America" on the back of the red car?

8- Our playhouse that dad built us in the backyard.

9- Dad's patience in letting us have wild and LOUD sleep overs on the trampoline

10- Hot dogs and macaroni

Love ya dad!
